As any GTG volunteer will tell you, it is the patients and their stories that you will remember forever. Join us for a two week (or more!) stay and help continue GTG's mission to provide physical therapy services in Port-au-Prince.
What Qualifications Do I Need?
We are in need of licensed PT, PTA, OTs, SLP, RN, physicians and other medical professionals. This adventure is often most enjoyable when shared with family, friends or co-workers. Feel free to form a professional team or bring a family member with you to assist. We do ask that teenagers be at least 16 years of age. Students are welcome if you bring a professor or licensed therapist with you to supervise. We have translators available, so language is never a barrier.

How Do I Get to Haiti?
Flying to Haiti from the US is easiest via a large Florida airport such as Miami or Fort Lauderdale. If you send us some information on yourself and where you are from we are happy to help you book your air travel.
We are an IRS registered 501c3 non-profit organization, so any donations made to our organization by your friends or family can be used to fund your trip. Please ask us for more details if you are interested.

What Will This Trip Cost Me?
At GTG we believe that providing sustainable services is the most important part of what we do. Unlike other organizations, we do not offer a "package" deal for volunteering because we are running a non-profit not a business! As a volunteer, you will be able to book your own travel (we are happy to answer any questions or help in making the reservations). We do request that you stay at our guest house during your stay, to facilitate meals, transportation and most importantly, your safety.
